Clusters (formerly Squeeze) is a background file compressor, which uses the new HFS-compression technology in Snow Leopard to transparently compress the folders you configure it to process. Mac OS will read those files normally, they will just take less disk space.

Clusters recently released an update - 1.5 - that makes it compatible with Lion. If still running Snow Leopard it can just be installed normally, but if already running Lion, Clusters needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled manually to 1.5.

Cluster in combination with Time Machine and File Vault 2 forces my CPUs to 100%.
Deactivated Time Machine until Cluster finished its first run on my system, going to try enabling it after that.
So watch out, don't know if I'm the only one with such problems.
