From the formZ forum:
While Lion is not yet officially supported, formZ (and bonzai3d) do generally run properly on Apple's new OS. The primary issues are that the Installer and the Patcher do not run (because Rosetta is no longer supported). Other than this, it is generally working properly, so if you copy an updated version of formZ from another computer (where it has already been installed and patched), then it will run.

It will take some more time to verify whether or not there are any other issues with Lion, and once this has been completed, we will release an update to address any issues that have been reported. If you wish to install Lion on your computer, we would recommend that you install this on a separate hard drive or partition, so you can always boot back to your previous system in case you encounter any issues.

If you do encounter any other issues with Lion, please let us know so that we can make sure that all issues are addressed with the update.
