Works fine, but every start crashes activation if you have activate from "Another Comouter" by the computer id. Tested on Hackintosh, on Snow Leopard works like a charm

Some problems. Works after registration, but when reopening the standalone application or the plugin in Logic, it asks again for activation. All IK Multimedia products do that: Ampeg SVX, Amplitube 3/Fender/Jimi Hendrix and T-Racks.
