If the app doesn't connect to the network, then it flat-out doesn't work. Why is this marked as "some problems?"

OSX 10.8 is not packaged with Java. You need to download java independently or else Acqlite or any other Java based application will not work. Connects fine on condition you are not totally firewalled. A fresh connection file can help, obtainable via Gnutella forums.
