Suitcase 14.0.6 works great in Lion. I've been using it for 2 days now with no problems.

Officially a Lion compatible update released 29 July v14.0.6 - download from extensis website. BUT I would say it does not work as all CS 5 applications freeze with Suitcase Fusion 3 activated. See Suitcase Fusion 3 problems with Lion on other Suitcase Fusion page!
