Band-in-a-Box is so easy to use (unless you're using Mountain Lion OS X, in which case it doesn't at all)! Just type in the chords for any song using standard chord symbols (like C, Fm7, or C13b9), choose the style you'd like, and Band-in-a-Box does the rest… Band-in-a-Box automatically generates a complete professional-quality arrangement of piano, bass, drums, guitar, and strings or horns.

According to PG Music and some users, BIAB 2012 *is* compatible with 10.8.

PG Music, publishers of Band-In-A-Box tell me that everything works fine except for one feature. Prior to printing out a part's sheet music, you were able to preview the print-out. That feature is common to most programs that offer printing options. Well, it seems that Apple has removed that capability across the board.
