Notes

The background service crashes regularly, but does not show on-screen errors; just fills up /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports with crash reports. Last release was about a 1.5 years ago and their twitter and blog has gone silent. Not looking good.

Unable to upload files using the latest version. Never had these errors on 10.6.x

I can read and delete files, but not upload almost at all.

I also have had intermittent issues with Jungle Disk 3.1.6 since upgrading to Lion that I never experienced before. Connecting to some online disks via a removable drive sometimes takes and excruciating amount of time and really strains my computer. Other times, it connects perfectly.
