NTFS-3G is an open source cross-platform implementation of the Microsoft Windows NTFS file system with read-write support. You can install it and run it without problems but it does nothing with NTFS anymor on Moutain Lion
It actually works, even though it shows some minor error at startup.
It needs OSXFUSE, not MacFuse which is not mantained anymore and it's not compatible with 10.7.
