Just updated my Mid-2009 Macbook Pro running version 8.4.1.1803 of the Label software to OS X ML. Plugged in my LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo and it appeared in Printers & Fax. Fired up the software and then printed out a label. So for me, it worked the first time straight away.
Since this label writer is plugged in to my iMac running Lion, I decided to share it via System Preferences. I was able to print from Mountain Lion Dymo Label software to the shared label writer connected to my iMac.
Bravo!

LabelWriter 400 doesn't work anymore under ML.
Printer is installed and recognized. Drivers need to be chosen manually, but even though the printing is sent to the printer no label is printed.

I posted that it works in 10.8 I had called Dymo and a tech there told me that 8.4.1 was the one that would work. I downloaded it and it did. I have a Twin Turbo 450.

Meanwhile I had written customer support and their reply was that it doesn't work with ML and they are working on a compatible version. But since it worked for me, and since the customer phone tech told me that it does work in ML, I changed the red X to a green check.

Now it is back to red. So someone could not print. I suppose it is not universally compatible across the whole line.

10.8 Breaks LabelWriter 330 Turbo.
There's no way to re-install the printer as none of the drivers play nicely with 10.8
Look forward to a response from Dymo, but not holding breath.

A workaround is to connect the printer to a 10.7 Mac and have it share that over the network.

DLS 8.4.1 will work for most DYMO machines with the new Mac OS. Please refer to full list here: http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/8104/dymo-labelwriter

I re-downloaded 8.4.1 (it looks like the installer has changed but it's the same version number) from here
http://download.dymo.com/software/mac/macdls841installer.dmg
and the 330 Turbo can now be installed and works fine when connected via USB and when it's shared over the network when connected to another Mac.
All good - thanks Dymo

Upgraded to Mountain Lion. 8.4.1 installed fine and prints but it can't seem to find the mac address book. I guess mountain lion's address book is stored in iCloud? So the I'm not forced to open the Address Book and copy and paste the addresses into Dymo's Label software one at a time.

Anyone any idea how to get this to print directly from Address Book as it says in the PDF specsheet. According to that you open the Mac Address Book, right-click (Control click) on the address you want and a dialogue to "Open Dymo…" comes up. Except that it doesn't, or not that I can make happen. Anyone got any ideas. I've tried this on two Macs, a Macbook Pro with Mountain LIon and an iMac with Snow Leopard, and it works on neither. (The Dymo software itself does work as a standalone programme, but it's a bit of a hassle having to switch constantly between two address books to print a single label.) All advice appreciated.

Works fine for me with Lion GM

I reinstalled dymo driver from within Lion, and when it still wouldn't print, I checked the dymo printer in system preferences. turned out it was "paused." but i didn't pause it. so… if you're stuck, restart your lion, and check your printer to see if it's on pause. now it works fine and dandy.

Has never worked for me with the GM. It doesn't seem to install the drivers properly, so DYMO Label doesn't see my 450 Turbo

To adam above me which Driver did you use?

Dymo 400 Turbo doesn't work here either. Printer can't be found. Checked preferences, but the printer wasn't paused. We'll have to wait for an update, I'm afraid.

Just tried using 450 Twin Turbo with Dymo software 8.3.0. A nice popup appeared saying the software was incompatible with Dymo and there would be an update. Sure enough, it would not print at all.

How long have they had as a developer? A year? This is so irresponsible. They make a business product.

ok get this. I opened the printer preference panel with the Twin Turbo turned on and it was Paused. I unpaused it and the labels I had tried to print started printing.
