Working fine. Can't speak to DD / DTS passthrough issue (don't have that kind of setup). Developer hasn't implemented Lion fullscreen control yet.

I think there may also be an issue with MplayerX thinking it has multiple files open though they are not. This can be seen when right clicking or control clicking the app’s icon in the dock and selecting “show all windows”. It seems to display recently opened files, even after clearing the recent files list (under file>open recent>clear menu).
