Works for a few seconds then exits unexpectedly in 11a494a when Bluetooth is turned off.
As of 10.7.3 the bug in bluetooth that caused the crash has been fixed, Release 99 will work without any known issues.

Release 100 Beta 11 also crashes after a few seconds. Selecting the 'location' button causes an immediate crash.

release 99 works fine on my Mac Mini (Mid 2011), however it crashes after about 5-10 seconds on my MBA (Late 2010 11").

Release 99 crashes after 20-30 seconds on my 2011 13" MBP w/ Lion. Release 100 Beta 12 ran longer but still crashed after a minute or less.

Release 100 Beta 12 (http://istumbler.net/beta/) works on Lion if you turn Bluetooth ON. (it crashes if you have Bluetooth turned off)

As noted above there was a bug in Bluetooth that, until 10.7.3 caused iStumbler to crash a few seconds after launch if bluetooth was turned off.
The bluetooth team at apple fixed this, and now Release 99 works just fine on Lion.
