Not compatible. Even with the very latest (3.5) which I think was out today or yesterday, it is NOT compatible if the music is held on a mac.

Version 3.8 works just fine not tested on MAC based library (using QNAP NAS stored music).
The current release of 3.5 is not compatible with Lion due to the inability to access the music.

The controller part of the software IS compatible and works; only if your music is stored on the Mac is there a problem

As of September 6th, 2011, this is now supposed to be compatible with Lion. Just run "Check for Updates" from the Sonos menu to update to the fixed version.
