I'm using Canon 4.5 (Germany) and it is not working at all!! Is there anything what to do, so I can use my scanner again?

I'm using version 4 with my CanoScan N670U because it works better than version 5, but CanoScan Toolbox version 4 is PowerPC.
Canon confirm that version 4 doesn't work.
Votre CanoScan Lide 30.
Nous avons pas de pilote pour ce modele et OS X Lion.

Version 4.1.3.0 is not working

This software does not work anymore, but my Canon Lide 500F is still working with the Twain software driver from canon for Snow Leopard, and VueScan. It also work from Preview, and i have a desktop icon application created with the Twain driver.
I can also scan from Acrobat Pro and should be OK for most graphic software

CanoScan Toolbox does not work.
But my Canon Lide 500F is still working with the Twain software driver from Canon for Snow Leopard, and VueScan. It also work from Aperçu and i have a desktop icon application created with the Twain driver.
