Appears to work fine if you update aria player to 1.500 (which is quite well hidden!!)

So far we are not aware of any significant issues running current Garritan product on Mountain Lion.

Please be sure you have the latest ARIA Player update, v1.500. Go to http://www.finalemusic.com/Downloads/Default.aspx?p=2 and search for "ARIA".
