This is actually called GearBox. It seems to work fine.

This one's contradictory. In the beginning of the paragraph on the download page for version 3.72 which has not been updated since 3/16/10, it says:
"This version of GearBox includes drivers with support for OS X 10.6, Snow Leopard."
But at the end of the text when it mentions what the OS requirements are it says:
"OS: Mac OS X, Mac OS Tiger, Mac OS Leopard, Mac OS Snow Leopard, Mac OS Lion"
So… I'm leary of a 2010 app working perfectly in Lion anyway let only having text contradict itself like this. I happen to know someone at Line6 and emailed them for clarification and will post here when I find out. BTW, Gearbox is used in conjunction with Toneport UX2 among other Guitar interface hardware. You also use it with Line6 Monkey which is reviewed in RoaringApps. Version 1.51 was released 2/1/12 and is reported to work with Lion.
