jitouch is a Mac application that expands the set of Multi-Touch gestures for the new MacBook and the new Magic Mouse. These thoughtfully designed gestures will enable you to perform frequent tasks more easily such as changing tabs in web browsers, closing windows, minimizing windows, changing Spaces, and a lot more.

Works perfectly. Just don't assign any gestures that are used by Lion.

One known issue: MacBook Pro with Retina Display not supported.
Developer has listed that fact on the download page, but whether an update is just around the corner or won't be seen for a long while is completely unknown — developer seems to have fallen off the face of the earth when it comes to support.

No real problems in Lion so far. i disabled the scrolling using the right part of the touchpad, but no conflict ad of now.

Still have to try with ML.

Cheers

The only issue is that I'm having is when I assign the three-finger-tap to open a new tab in safari, it opens a new window instead - kind of annoying.

Other than that, it works great.

I have not installed Lion yet. I think there will be some conflicts with some of the basic gestures like three fingers right and left, or even two.

Any experiences so far? I just love Jitouch!
