It works fine with Lion, at least what i use it for. Converting mp4 to avi, adding subtitles.

Works great under Lion. Also successfully converted rmvb to avi.

When a conversion is launched (AVI to mp4) you get an error on "tcprobe".
Then it works, without progress bar (that remains undefined) and converts.
