Went into the System Preferences and it grayed it out, still working though!
May not when restart computer.
This is with Mountain Lion installed.
Beta versions (including 10.7 Lion-compatible versions) available in the FinderPop forums (not officially released yet!)
Version 2.4.1 gives error that it is not compatible with OS X 10.8.
