I've experienced a lot fo crashiness. I reverted to FC 10 and that seemed to be fine as my school doesn't use much of the new functionality.

FC crashes all the time for me. Especially when I'm trying to upload attachments. It's extremely frustrating and occurs too many times to count. Also it can temporarily mess up any webpages you've created in FC too. I've started to even return to my PC just to use FC that's how annoyingly buggy Lion is with FC.

FC keeps crashing, it started with attachments, now some emails will crash it too. go fix it.

I have had very few problems with First Class on my Mac Mini running Lion. It crashes a bit more than when I was running FC v10, but not so bad that I am frustrated.
