I'm not buying Carbonite until it's Mountain Lion compatible, it took them a couple months to become compatible for Lion!

According to Carbonite's own FAQ, http://www.carbonite.com/lp/mktg/mac_lion_FAQ.aspx, it isn't currently compatible.

Carbonite is not made by Citrix Systems. There is no mention of any affiliation with Citrix Systems on their website.
