What are the problems? I'm using it in place of Fontlab Studio until they release an intel version.

According to the developer Fontographer 5.1 will work with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, but I haven't yet been able to validate that information myself. http://www.fontlab.com/fontlab-font-editors/fontographer-8212-font-editor-for-dtp/fontographer-specifications.html
