Same problem here!
Mountain Lion 10.8.1, Houdini 1.0 (1.0)
Toggles to hidden files but fails to toggle back.

Some problems in 10.8
Works fine in 10.7
Try out the new RoaringApps

Just installed Houdini 3 on OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion (clean install). Some functionality works. "Browse Hidden Files" works. "Toggle File Visibility" worked initially but could not get it work after closing/restarting app. Not crashing. Did not try other functions.
