You can login get session ID, Team members can going your session but when you share your screen it fails with errors. Unable to share your screen or manage remote computers.

Even though that same installer is touted as being specifically for Snow Leopard, it won't install. Finally one time it tried to launch but asked me to install Rosetta! I fear that Yugma has fallen down on the job when it comes to Mac compatibility. I sadly note that their forum is apparently gone, too … they have left the link in the sidebar on their site but it redirects to their home page. I wrote to their sales@ address (since for me this was a pre-sales question) over two weeks ago asking whether they perhaps have the wrong installer posted for Snow Leopard and nobody ever answered.

Sad to see the company apparently struggling like this, I was a fan of Yugma years ago.

just to clarify my above comment, the installer won't even install and/or requires Rosetta on _Snow Leopard_. WRT Lion their site specifically states "Coming Soon!" … they do not provide any installer that claims to be compatible w/Lion
