I managed to reload iSync from one of my Application folder backups. Works fine under Lion
Works fine in 10.8
Works fine in 10.7
I'm putting the finishing touches on the all-new RoaringApps, with support for Mavericks & iOS 7.
Try it out now and help me squash some bugs.

Apple application for syncing contacts and calendars to third-party mobile phones via USB or Bluetooth. Discontinued in MacOSX Lion but works when installed from MacOSX Snow Leopard. (It is not available on apple app store or apple website so you have to get it from 3rd party websites or any Snow Leopard installation)

iSync is no longer part of OS X Lion and is deleted during the upgrade process. Be sure to keep a copy around to put back into the Applications folder after installing Lion.
