Works Fine in Lion, but there are a few limitations, as Noted by Write Bros.

The existing version of Mac Screenwriter, 6.0.7, may be safely used with Mac OS 10.7 (Lion), with no negative effect to your ongoing work.

However, you will not be able to run the following tools:

TOOLS > Compare Two Documents
TOOLS > Name Bank (used to generate random character names)
TOOLS > Thesaurus
FILE > Export To > Avid & HTML

We recently finished beta testing the new version of Dramatica and are currently awaiting its release in July 2012 before we can focus on correcting the remaining compatibility issues with Screenwriter 6 listed above.

An update is available for Screenwriter 6 that fixes the import/export of Text and Rich Text files.
