The Window Shades feature worked for 10.8, but NOT for the latest 10.8.1 update. One issue reported with 10.7 and 10.8 was you had to go to General of the System Preferences and unclick "Double-click a window's title bar to minimize." This does not appear to be a feature in 10.8.1. Updated directly from 10.6.8 to 10.8/10.8.1 so cannot comment on 10.7

Many features not working with ML and 1.5.3, such as pinning, and the whole spaces switching feature doesn't work. The wobbly window thing is not very smooth in ML either. Resizing windows seems to work ok, but there are better apps for that.
