"DockArt 2.1 does not work for me in Mountain Lion. All I get is a blank dock icon with the iTunes badge showing."
In general DockArt works fine in Mountain Lion. I've heard from 2 people that experienced what you describe and for one of them it resolved itself by the time I responded.
Fixed for iTunes 11.0.3.
