BBEdit works fine under Mountain Lion. However, there is a minor bug where the icons in Favorite Place in Save/Save As dialogs are lost. This also happens with Text Wrangler, a free/lite version of BBEdit.
Works fine in 10.8
Works fine in 10.7

@Robert Stringer: Did you upgrade from 10.7.x to 10.8 or make a clean installation?

I initially thought 9.6.3 would not work with Lion, as it kept on crashing and everything. As a last ditch effort, I uninstalled the application (by throwing it into the trash), and then reinstalled it. All of my other preferences were saved, and I am happy to report that it is seemingly working just fine now.
