One problem is, that the ALT key doesn't work properly. It's supposed to show all items and get them with a left mouse button.

I've managed to get it working using Wineskin, although only in Windows mode. By altering a setting, you can get the alt/option key to work as expected. See my blog post here: http://marzzbar.wordpress.com/2012/11/06/how-to-play-classic-blizzard-games-on-mac-os-x-mountain-lion/
