I have it working on a 2011 Mid iMac on 10.7.4. When you launch it from the system preferences pane, it asks to launch again in 64 bit mode. Sometimes it quits and sometimes it runs. I am using it to transfer videos to my Tivo after a file has been converted with Visual Hub (lion).
