In earlier beta (builds 1 and 2) there was a problem with the drag and drop functionality. Using build GM 115A11 there are no problems that I could find, everything is acting just like in Snow Leopard.

Unstable on 10.8 DP1. Crashes when setting conversion parameters.
Tested conversion to MOBI and everything worked fine. MacOS 10.8 final
