For me this app no longer works correctly under Lion. Most aspects are ok, but specifically it seems that the Pearl-based import filter is broken. It just hangs, even if the only line of code is to write to the log:
&log("filter did not hang");

Too bad; it's a great plotting program and I've got *a lot* of macros written to generate publication ready figures for all the data types I normally deal with.

I have Xcode 4.1 installed, which should include Perl 5.12.3 - maybe that's not compatible with Plot?
