Notes

Version 2.10 would not attach files in Mountain Lion, but worked fine in Lion. Upgrading the app. to Version 2.11.4 resolves this issue for Mountain Lion.
Gatekeeper will prevent installation as developer is not on Mac App Store listing. Go to System Preferences, Security, unlock if needed, and temporarily select "Allow applications downloaded from anywhere".
