After upgrading to 10.8 shows a "No Messages" text in the middle of the messages display. Inconvenient but doesn't stop the app working fine, it goes away after the first new Yammer message received.
On 10.8, crashes depending on the contents of your feed. If crashing content is on your main feed there's no way to avoid it, it crashes as soon as the program is opened.
