Not compatible with Notification Center. You can use Hiss (http://collect3.com.au/hiss/) to forward Growl notifications, but it isn't quite as well integrated as native support (notifications are not automatically dismissed when messages are read, all notifications come from the Growl app as opposed to their native apps, etc.)

I have tried to contact the developer to find if it will be Mountain Lion compatible. No response in over a month. I'm not sure if GrowlVoice is even being developed or supported any more.

This is sad. I would have bought and provided separate licenses for all of my employees because we actually use google voice to currently communicate between different departments. A friend of mine has this and is a gorgeous app that works really well in his Lion OS. He however showed me how very incompatible this was in Mountain Lion. Disappointing. I wonder what happened to the developer.
