NOTE: To have scanner work within Photoshop CS5, you must switch app to 32 bit mode by selecting the app in Finder, clicking Get Info, there you will see a checkbox for 32 bit mode. Then when you open the PS, assuming you have the TWAIN plugin, you will be able to see your scanner from File > Import > CanoScan
