Not compatible. You must move to Parallels 7 if you upgrade to Mountain Lion. Mountain Lion will move Parallels 6 to the incompatible software folder.

Great!
Parallels on the top of the world. They were trying to push me to version 7 and now I just can't upgrade to Mountain Lion because of this piece of crap. Ok. I will wait until version 8 came out. Parallels should praying day and night for Apple because nearly every OS X upgrade means lot of cash for them.

Dennis,

I just bougth Parallels yesterday to use with ML and they gave me a update assurance for the next 6 months. So, if any version of Parallels came out in the next 6 months, the update will be free.
