Jul 11th 2012:
Mountain Lion has just been released as a Gold Master and we've been testing it. Geneious runs (assuming you install Java) but you may run into issues with the OS describing the application bundle as damaged. This is a warning generated by Mountain Lion security settings being set to allow only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers. We're working to get our installer signed so it will work with this new system but if you encounter it with an older copy of Geneious, you'll need to go into Preferences->Security & Privacy->General and switch 'Allow applications downloaded from:' to 'Anywhere' and then the OS will behave like previous versions.

There are also some small graphical glitches so heed the usual warnings that upgrading to the latest OS will bring issues like this so you may want to wait.
