Even with recent update, Manycam doesn't seem to work properly. Camera not detected, Desktop sharing not working.

This doesn't work on the MBP retina.

To get ManyCam working on retina MBP:

Go to Applications > ManyCam folder > right click (ctrl + click or double finger tap) on ManyCam app > select Get info > check the box to open in low resolution.

Use Google chrome since it is a 32-bit browser or open Firefox in 32-bit mode to be able to select Manycam in Adobe Flash Camera Settings. Using a 64-bit browser rarely ever worked.

I have used the above methods to get Manycam working in both Lion and Mountain Lion on a retina MBP
