The App stalls a lot and sometimes doesn't appear when open.

TB 6 confused some Lion networking issues. Its timing was inelegant as it came out with TB 6 about the same time as OS X 10.7.1. I did not stay on Lion long enough because of the networking issues to evaluate TB. There are several very long Apple support forum threads about networking. I could not say anything about TB but I do have a few choice words about Lion.
