Used Synergy client on 10.7DP3 connecting to Synergy server on 10.6.7. Have not tried Synergy server on 10.7DP3. I use Synergy to keyboard/mouse my MacBook Pro from my iMac without needing a KVM switch.

Mac Server, Win Client: keyboard commands are not being sent across to windows client. Mouse moves between both.

win server, mac client: if the mac display is in power save, moving the mouse to the mac will not wake the display (although the mouse is active on the mac side).
