Takes a long time to start up during computer booting (and a lot of processor power), which delays everything else from starting up. Disappears in the the taskbar after a while when it crashes, and won't reappear unless system reboots or unless the app is manually reactivated via the Applications folder. Was rock solid in Snow Leopard. Latest version 5.4.1.

Yes, Typinator is compatible with Mountain Lion. There is only a small issue with the "Start at login" feature that we just fixed in the latest beta version: http://www.ergonis.com/downloads/beta/

If you don't wish to install a beta version, you will need to add Typinator manually to the list of "Login Items" in System Preferences / Users & Groups.
