postComment: 'The red and white checkerboard issue shows up in Civ5 for Snow Leopard, too (10.6.8), so I do not think it is a Lion issue. Only seems to show towards end of game when there are a lot of pieces on the board. Sounds like a Civ issue. I heard this appears in Windows versions as well.'
