Episode was crashing when I tried to select the folders with compression settings on the left hand side. \n\nWhat I've found is that if you make the selection in a very deliberate fashion with no wavering or hesitation the folders will generally open without crashing Episode. Once opened I have no problem dragging across the settings and encoding the videos. All I am basically doing is leaving open the folders with the compression settings that I most commonly use. It's a little less tidy but it does work from what I can see. This may just help some others out here. \n"
