It is amazing that on fluent factory''s website this is not addressed on the home page. The software is great when it works but the "company" has no concept of marketing, planning, expansion i.e. routine stuff that makes a company great. Hopefully they will get bought out by a company that understands customer service but right now a great product is taking a beating reputation wise based on very apparent lack of awareness of software development lifecycle basics.'
