In Lion you should only use it to create the Windows partition. Once your machine reboots, do NOT install windows or further partition your disk or try to convert it to NTFS. Just turn your machine off when it reboots and reboot back into OS X, run Winclone and restore.\n\nLet me know if this fixes any of the issues folks have had in the past.
